Блэк, Дональд












Дональд Блэк ([Нет даты!]) — американский социолог права. Известен как основатель чистой социологии — теоретического подхода, объясняющего человеческое поведение через социальную геометрию.

Биография[править]

До выхода на пенсию в 2016 году Блэк был профессором социальных наук в Виргинском университете. В 1968 году он получил степень доктора философии по социологии в Мичиганском университете. До перехода в Виргинский университет в 1985 году преподавал на юридических факультетах Йельского и Гарвардского университетов.

Блэк является автором книг «Поведение права», «Манеры и обычаи полиции» и «Социологическое правосудие», в которых представлены различные аспекты его теории права. В более поздней работе «Социальная структура добра и зла» он расширил свою теорию, охватив управление конфликтами в более широком смысле. В ней он сосредоточился на случаях, когда люди разрешают конфликты неправовыми методами, такими как сплетни, избегание, самоубийство или кровная месть. В своей последней книге «Моральное время» Блэк определил причины моральных конфликтов во всех человеческих отношениях.

Блэк также основал чистую социологию — особый теоретический подход, который объясняет человеческое поведение с помощью социальной геометрии. Поскольку чистая социология является общей социологической парадигмой, она может применяться к темам, не связанным с правом, конфликтами и управлением конфликтами, например, к искусству[1], религии[2] и идеям[3].

Блэк умер 30 января 2024 года[4].
