Ма́ргарет Джейн Ра́дин (англ. Margaret Jane Radin; [Нет даты!]) — американский учёный-правовед. Известна своими исследованиями в области прав собственности и договорных обязательств. Радин получила степень бакалавра искусств в области музыки в Стэнфордском университете в 1963 году (с большим отличием), степень магистра изящных искусств в области истории музыки в Брандейском университете в 1965 году и была допущена к защите диссертации на соискание степени доктора философии по музыковедению в Калифорнийском университете в Беркли в 1968 году, прежде чем сменить карьерный путь на юриспруденцию.
