Предистория[править]

По одной из легенд, после смерти доктора Ординера, в конце 18 века, его рецепт дистиллята полынной настойки перешел к двум швейцарским сестрам из семьи Генриод. Они, в свою очередь, продали рецепт майору Дубье из Куве, который коммерциализировал продукт и вместе со своим зятем Анри-Луи Перно в 1805 году основал самый первый завод по производству абсента в Понтарлье.

Позднее Дубье расстались с Перно (который стал торговать под именем Pernod Fils) и стали торговать под названием Dubied Pere et Fils.

В 1872 году Фриц Дюваль присоединяется к Дубье, и завод стал называться «Dubied et Duval».

В 1879 году сын Фрица — Анри-Франсуа Дюваль покинул компанию и основал компанию под названием «HF Duval».

Эта фирма была куплена в 1889 году Юджином и Адольфом Парро и переименована в Parrot Freres.

В 1889 году молодой Эмиль-Фердинанд Перно, уроженец региона Фужероль, присоединился к братьям Парро, и вместе они основали компанию Emile Pernot et Cie, расположенную на улице дю Мон в Понтарлье, 1.

Дети Эмиля-Жозефа Перно — Роджер-Эмиль и Жорж Перно основали дом Les Fils d’Emile Pernot.

В 1979 году Эмиль-Жерар Перно, правнук Эмиля-Фердинанда, взял под свой контроль винокурню Pernot и продолжал работать до выхода на пенсию в январе 2005 года, когда он продал фирму Пьеру Бёше, бургундскому онгоцианту.

В 2006 году компания Pernot купила знаменитый ликеро-водочный завод «Deniset-Klainguer», расположенный на улице Монтриё в Понтарлье и основанный в 1867 году Анри Денисе Женом. Это позволило заводу Pernot значительно расширить ассортимент своей продукции и, в частности, включить в свой ассортимент знаменитый ликёр из сосновых почек Deniset-Klainguer.

В августе 2009 года винокурня переехала в старинное здание Cousin Jeune в Le Frambourg в La Cluse et Mijoux, у подножия замка Château de Joux (то самое здание, где молодой Эмиль-Жозеф Перно изучал свое ремесло столетием раньше).^[3]

Также владеет Distillerie Marcel Michel Fils Succr^[4]^[5], винокурней, основанной в 1888 году^[6] Жозефом Мишелем (Joseph Michel)^[7] и в 2013 году возглавленной Домиником Русселе (Dominique Rousselet)^[8].
