Iuliia Viktorovna Savushkina (born August 3, 1979, Leningrad, USSR) - Assistant Director General for Science and Technical Development at Transmash Research Institute (Research Institute of Transport Engineering), PhD in Economics, author of numerous publications on the development of railway transport. Iuliia Viktorovna Savushkina is a member of the dissertation committee, a teacher, a head of the research center at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Also, Iuliia Viktorovna Savushkina is a member of the committee for the international research competition in freight car building.
