Йосеф Кост (англ. Joseph Kost, ивр. יוסף קוסט) — израильский учёный, заведующий кафедрой биомедицинской инженерии и декан факультета инженерных наук Университета имени Бен-Гуриона в Негеве[1].

Родился 15 января 1947 года.

В 1973 году получил степень бакалавра, в 1975 году получил степень магистра (обе — на кафедре химического машиностроения), а в 1981 году — докторскую на кафедре биомедицинской инженерии в Технионе.

В Университете им. Бен-Гуриона был руководителем Центра биомедицинской инженерии (1988—1993), руководителем программы биотехнологической инженерии (1993—1995) и заведующий кафедрой химического машиностроения (2010—2011), а с 2011 года являлется деканом факультета инженерных наук.

В 2015 году был избран членом АН Израиля.

Автор 4 книги и 113 статей, получил более 55 патентов, главным образом в области биоинженерных наук.
