Джон Леннард (англ. John Lennard; ^{[Нет даты!]}) — британский учёный, профессор британской и американской литературы в Университете Вест-Индии, независимый исследователь и писатель.

Биография

Леннард вырос в Бристоле и получил образование в Бристольской грамматической школе и Новом колледже Оксфорда. Его докторская диссертация об использовании скобок в английской литературе была опубликована издательством Clarendon Press в виде монографии But I Digress и названа «домом наслаждений, а не книгой», а также «самой странной книгой, на которую я когда-либо писала рецензию». Он преподавал в Открытом университете, Лондонском университете и Кембриджском университете, прежде чем занять свою нынешнюю должность в Университете Вест-Индии.
