Эдит Бюльбринг (англ. Edith Bülbring) — деятель науки.

Карьера

Её отец немец, а мать еврейка. Дядя — видный живописец.

В 1928 году окончила медфак Боннского университета.

Затем трудилась врачом.

В 1929 году стала волонтером в лаборатории фармаколога П. Тренделенбурга, а после того, как в 1931 году последний скончался, переехала в Иену, где снова трудилась врачом.Позднее поступила на работу в лабораторию иммунолога У. Фридеманна в Берлинском университете.

В 1933 году эмигрировала в Лондон. Устроилась в лабораторию Д. Берна.

В 1953—1971 годах завлаборатории физиологии гладких мышц в Оксфордском университете.

В 1956 году стала членом Лондонского королевского общества.
