Кубин, Вольфганг












Вольфганг Кубин (нем. Wolfgang Kubin; [Нет даты!]) — немецкий поэт, эссеист, синолог и переводчик литературных произведений. Бывший директор Института востоковедения и азиатских исследований Боннского университета (Германия)[1].

Биография[править]

В 1965 году окончил гимназию Дионисианум в Райне (получив прочную базу в классической латыни и греческом языке). С 1966 по 1968 год изучал протестантскую теологию в Мюнстерском университете. В 1968 году изучал японоведение и классический китайский язык в Венском университете, а с 1969 по 1973 год — синологию, философию и немецкую литературу в Рурском университете в Бохуме (Германия). В эти годы он также возобновил занятия японоведением. Его докторская диссертация была посвящена лирическим произведениям поэта эпохи Тан Ду Му (803—852)[2].

С 1977 года Кубин читал лекции в Институте восточноазиатских исследований Свободного университета Берлина[3]. Он преподавал китайскую литературу и искусство XX века, а также завершил работу над докторской диссертацией об эволюции концепции природы в классической китайской литературе[4].

1 октября 1985 года Кубин стал профессором китайского языка в Институте востоковедения и азиатских исследований Боннского университета. В 1989 году он стал профессором современной синологии, а в августе 1995 года сменил Рольфа Трауцеттеля на посту профессора классической синологии в Бонне[5].

Кубин часто выступал в качестве приглашённого профессора в университетах Китая, например, в Пекинском университете иностранных языков, а также в Мадисоне и Иерусалиме[6]. С 1989 года он является редактором журналов ORIENTIERUNGEN: Zeitschrift zur Kultur Asiens и Minima sinica: Zeitschrift zum chinesischen Geist[7].

Вольфганг Кубин получил широкую известность как переводчик современной китайской поэзии и прозы. Его наиболее известная работа — перевод рассказов и эссе Лу Синя[8]. Его «История китайской литературы в XX веке» (опубликована на немецком языке как Geschichte der chinesischen Literatur im 20. Jahrhundert) считается классическим трудом.

Интервью Deutsche Welle 2006 года[править]

В ноябре 2006 года Вольфганг Кубин привлёк внимание прессы, прокомментировав недавно опубликованную китайскую литературу в интервью немецкой телерадиокомпании Deutsche Welle. Он резко раскритиковал несколько произведений, назвав роман Вэй Хуэй «Крошка из Шанхая» «мусором», а «Волчий тотем» Цзян Жуна — «фашистским»[9]. Кубин выразил восхищение Лу Синем, заявив, что ни один современный автор не может с ним сравниться[10].

Награды[править]

В 2016 году Кубин получил Премию дружбы[11]. Он также был удостоен Международной поэтической премии Памира (帕米尔国际诗歌奖 Pàmǐěr Guójì Shīgē Jiǎng), которая считается высшей литературной наградой в китайскоязычном мире[12]. В 2013 году Немецкая академия языка и поэзии присудила ему Премию Иоганна Генриха Фосса за перевод в знак признания его достижений как литературного переводчика.
